Uisce Eireann crews are repairing a major watermain burst on the west side of the city this afternoon.
It says it's managed to limit outages to Bridge Street, Dominic Street, Nun's Island and Presentation Road.
Emergency repair works are underway, but Uisce Eireann says it may take several hours for supply to return to all areas.
