UHG most overcrowded hospital in the country today

Galway Bay fm newsroom - University Hospital Galway is the most overcrowded in the country today.

There are 46 people waiting on trolleys or in wards at the emergency department.

Nationally, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation 369 patients are waiting for beds in hospitals across the country this morning.

223 are waiting in the emergency departments, while 146 are in wards elsewhere in the hospitals.
