UHG has second highest number of people on trolleys for second consecutive day

Galway Bay fm newsroom - UHG has the second highest number of people on trolleys in the country today for the second day in a row

There are 50 patients on trolleys at University Hospital Galway today according to figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation

They show the figures for UHG are second to University Hospital Limerick where 56 people are waiting.

Nationally, 462 patients are on trolleys in A&Es or wards today awaiting admission.
