Údaras na Gaeltachta to lead €3.2m European tourism project launched today

Údarás na Gaeltachta is the leading partner of a new €3.2m European tourism project.

The three-year programme was launched in Furbo today, and is aimed at helping small and medium-sized enterprises develop and grow.

Ireland is being joined by partners in Spain, Portugal, Denmark and Slovenia in the EU-funded scheme.

Project co-ordinator with Údarás na Gaeltachta Fionnán Ó hÓgáin, explains the significance of the project being led from Galway:
