Two removed from Riverside property following house fire

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Emergency services attended the scene of a house fire in the Riverside area last night.

Two units of the city brigade were drafted to the scene at half past midnight and remained there for one hour until the blaze for brought under control.

Two occupants of the house were removed from the building.

They were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.

Gardai say the fire is not being treated as suspicious.
