Galway Bay fm newsroom - Irish Rail is warning of significant delays on services to Galway and Westport due to a mechanical issue on a freight train.
The train is stuck near Geashill while crews are working to try and get it moving.
Bus transfers will operate between Portarlington and Tullamore.
