Galway Bay fm newsroom - Traffic restrictions are in place at Monivea Road near Parkmore due to a burst water main.
The city council says there has been a burst near the junction of Parkmore Road and Monivea Road and delays are expected.
Crews hope to be able to open all lanes to traffic by this afternoon
