Galway Bay fm newsroom - More time is being sought to complete 30 new homes in Craughwell village.
Laurem Construction Ltd previously secured permission in 2012 to build a detached home. 15 terraced houses and 14 semi-detached units at Ballymore, near the GAA club.
The planning permission for the development has expired, but the project has not yet been completed.
The developer expects the homes to be finished by the end of next year.
