Three arrested in connection with serious assaults outside Mervue Church

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Three men have been arrested in Longford in connection with a number of serious assaults which took place outside the Holy Family Church in Mervue last year.

A man in his 30's was shot in the leg, another man in his late teens was stabbed in the back - while a third man was assaulted nearby.
