Thousands of homes without power in Claregalway and Corrandulla

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Thousands of homes in the Claregalway and Corrandulla areas are without power this afternoon.

The ESB says over 3,200 customers are currently affected by a major outage since lunchtime.

It says crews are working to restore service as soon as possible, with supply expected to be restored this afternoon.
