Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Taoiseach has called for the relevant authorities to be given time to decide how next to proceed with the discovery of a mass grave at the Tuam Mother and Baby Home.

Politicians on all sides of the political divide have condemned the Galway find which comprises of hundreds of discarded babies' bodies.

Senior government Minister Michael Noonan today formally launched Bon Secours Hospital Limerick at Barringtons following its purchase by Bon Secours Health System.

He has been criticised in some quarters for officiating at the launch in the wake of Friday's revelations in Tuam.
