Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans for a small housing development located in Bushypark near the planned city bypass route, have been given the go ahead.
The project led by TreeTopHill Developments provides for the construction of five dwelling houses at Lakeview Hill.
City planners have attached 15 conditions.
One states that the developer pay a financial contribution of over 54 thousand euro to Galway City Council towards the provision of public services.
