Galway Bay fm newsroom - The planned primary care centre for Gort has advanced to the next stage of the HSE’s development process.
The HSE has confirmed a number of potentially suitable sites have been shortlisted.
The body will now issue a request for priced offers and technical submissions and it’s expected the process will commence by the end of next month.
Minister of State and Galway East TD Anne Rabbitte says it's long sought after and very much needed in not just the town itself but for wider South Galway area.
