Status yellow wind warning issued for Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Three status yellow weather warnings have been issued by Met Eireann - including one for Galway - as wet and windy weather's set to hit the country tomorrow.

Up to 40mm of rain's expected in parts of midlands, north-west and east from 7am to 11pm.

Gusts of up to 100kmph are likely in Donegal, Mayo and Sligo between 6am and 9pm and in Galway, Clare and Kerry from midday until 10pm.
