Space at Ballybane neighborhood centre to be transformed into offices in 2020

Space at a vacant neighborhood centre in Ballybane is to be transformed into offices with the four new units estimated to be available for occupation by early next year.

Renovation works on the site are set to begin next week as part of phase one of the project involving the external features.

Phase two will begin early in the new year with the internal fit out of the commercial building.

The centre was purchased in late 2017 by Renaissance Properties.
