Sinn Féin is running an extensive Easter Commemoration programme across Galway
The party says Easter is a special time for Irish Republicans, and especially in Galway which was one of the principal areas involved in 1916
They're inviting the public to attend the events which get underway this evening and run until Easter Monday

In Oranmore at 7 this evening there will be a wreath laying at the Joe Howley Statue
