Galway Bay fm newsroom - Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams has cancelled his planned visit to Galway today (12/04), due to ongoing talks in the North.
Deputy Adams had been due to address a public meeting in the city entitled 'Putting Irish Unity on the agenda.'
It was part of a nationwide series of such talks to be attended by the party President.
Organisers say this evening's scheduled event at Bohermore Community Centre has been cancelled as Deputy Adams attends discussions at Stormont.

The talks are being held ahead of a deadline to form a power sharing Executive.
