Galway Bay fm newsroom - Sinéad O' Connor has announced that she will not be appearing at this year's Galway International Arts Festival as planned.
In a statement, her management team said she will not be performing live this year due to continued grief over the loss of her beloved son Shane.
It adds it has not been an easy decision, but it is one she had to make for her own health and well being.
Ticket holders for the planned concert at the Heineken Big Top on July 24th will be contacted directly by the ticket agent they booked with.
