The NPF sets out to map out the State’s population growth over the next 25 years.
Minister Coveney will address students at NUI Galway at 10.30 this morning.
Later this afternoon, he'll meet with Parkmore business leaders and representatives of Galway Chamber to discuss the serious congestion in the area.
Galway West TD Hildegarde Naughten, Minister Sean Kyne and City CEO Brendan McGrath will attend the meeting as concern mounts over the welfare of the thousands of employees who work in Parkmore.
Enda Kenny was briefed on the problems at Parkmore, such as delays exiting the business park, and has requested another meeting on the issue next week.
