Galway Bay fm newsroom - A second extension of planning permission is being sought for a housing development in Castlegar.
Emerald Evolutions Limited is seeking more time to finish the development of 84 houses and apartments at Castlegar Road which was already granted and extension of planning permission back in 2014.
The development also includes 118 basement and surface car parking spaces.
A decision is expected from city planners in November.
