Galway Bay fm newsroom - A second bid to provide a new fuel station in Mountbellew has been unsuccessful.
Cahermorris Developments Limited was initially refused planning permission to partially change plans from retail units and apartments to a filling station in the town.
The company appealed the county council's decision to An Bord Pleanála, but the board has upheld the council decision.
