Galway Bay fm newsroom - Roadworks will get underway on the N84 tomorrow between Shrule and Headford.
The works are to facilitate the installation of fibre optic cables.
It's expected the works will take around 3 weeks to complete.
Traffic management measures - including a stop and go system - will be in place during that time.
