Road closure in Oranmore this afternoon

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Motorists are being advised that a road closure will be in effect in Oranmore from 2 this afternoon between Orantown Centre and the roundabout at the Maldron Hotel

The closure will continue until late tonight but local access will be allowed.

The closure is to facilitate the repair of a burst watermain.

The county council has advised businesses and residents in the area that they will experience water disruptions.
