Report finds Galway office space averages €100 more expensive than in Limerick

Galway Bay fm newsroom - It costs on average €100 more to rent office space in Galway than in Limerick.

That's according to a report from commercial real estate agents Cushman and Wakefield.

The report published in the Irish Times online finds that while new builds command the same price in both locations, general office lettings in Galway average over €320 per square metre per month compared to €215 in Limerick.

The report was published by real estate agency Cushman & Wakefield and reveals there was 17% less available office space in Galway in June than in the same month last year.
