Refusal for plans to extend housing estate in Tuam

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans to extend a housing estate in Tuam have been turned down by county planners.

The extension to the Bealach na Gaoithe development at Galway Road would have involved the construction of 12 additional homes.

But the plans have been turned down, as planners found it would be an inappropriate and substandard form of development.
