A rainfall warning has been issued for Galway.
MET Eireann is forecasting thundery rain across Galway, Mayo, Clare and Kerry.
The national forecaster says the downpours could result in accumulatons of up to 50 millimetres in places.
The weather warning comes into effect at 9 tonight and will remain in place until 9pm tomorrow.
