Galway Bay fm newsroom - A status yellow rainfall warning has been issued for Galway.

The warning comes into effect tomorrow morning at 6am, and will remain valid for 24 hours.
Met Eireann says rainfall totals of 30 to 50mm are to be expected during that time, with higher falls possible in mountainous areas.

The weather warning affects all of Connacht, as well as Donegal, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick.
