Status yellow rainfall warning issued for Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A status yellow rainfall warning has been issued for four counties, including Galway.

Cork, Kerry, Galway and Mayo are expected to see heavy rain at times, which may cause localised flooding.

Met Eireann says it will be accompanied by strong winds which will lead to poor travelling conditions.

It comes into place from ten o’ clock this morning, until eight this evening.
