The aim of the appraisal is to determine if the proposed extension of the rail line from Athenry to Tuam and from Tuam to Claremorris represents value for money.

The online survey has now become live and will remain open for 6 weeks until July 17th.

The outcome of the appraisal will be presented to the Department of Transport by the end of September.
