Galway Bay fm newsroom - A meeting on Galway's public transport services will take place in Oranmore next week.
The event is organised by Athenry/Oranmore councillor Martina Kinane, and will feature talks by Irish Rail, Fáilte Ireland Irish Rural Links and the Fianna Fail spokesperson on Transport Deputy Robert Troy of Longford/Westmeath.
The meeting will discuss the impact any removal of public transport routes would have on Galway's rural communities.
The meeting takes place at the Oranmore Lodge Hotel on Thursday week at 8.30pm.
