From Galway Bay fm newsroom- Public consultation opens today for six weeks for draft plans for 750 new homes for Sandy Road in Galway city.

The draft plan from the Land Development Agency envisages 750 mixed tenure dwellings including social and affordable housing.

‘Sandy Quarter’ will also include quality office and commercial spaces with the planned location containing both publically and privately owned lands
