Galway Bay fm newsroom - Protestors turned out at County Hall in the city last evening over the recent approval of a gas-powered plant in Tynagh, near Loughrea.

The event was organised by People Before Profit Galway, which says we have to stop investment in any new fossil-fuel infrastructure.
These protestors says the project should not have been given the green light.
