Galway Bay fm newsroom - A project to explore the future of Main Street in Headford has received support through a national initiative aimed at revitalising local areas.

'Reimagine Headford' is one of four projects nationwide to receive funding from the Irish Architecture Foundation.
Councillor Andrew Reddington says it's the culmination of work carried out by the Headford Town Team, working alongside the Headford and District Association.

He says there's lot going on in Headford, with many community groups carrying out excellent and tireless work.
Councillor Reddington explains the project will help to town to achieve its potential.
