Galway Bay fm newsroom - A post-mortem exam is being carried out today following the death of a man in Connemara over the weekend.

The man died after an alleged assault at a house in Ballinahown shortly after 9am yesterday.
A man in his 70s remains in Garda custody this afternoon in connection with the incident.
