Galway Bay fm newsroom - There are plans for a new restaurant at a protected structure in the city centre.
Bia Star Limited has applied for planning permission to change the first and second floor residence to a restaurant at 57 Lower Dominick Street.
The application also seeks to convert offices at the ground floor to restaurant use.
A decision is expected from the city council in August.
