Plans have been lodged for an assisted living apartment block at Headford Road.
The project, led by Sweetbay Ltd, would see 45 apartments built at a site at Tornóg, east of Ballygar and Ballinfoile.
They’d be mostly two-bed units, with a dozen single-bed apartments.
City planners are due to make a decision in May.
