Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans are in the pipeline for a residential development on the east side of the city.
JLH Property Holding Company has applied for planning permission for 51 homes in Doughiska and Merlin Park.
The homes would be a mix of apartments and townhouses in 6 blocks ranging in height from one storey up to 4 storey.
A decision is due from the city council next month.
