Galway Bay fm newsroom - There are plans for a major housing development in Ballinasloe.
Limehill Esker Limited has applied for planning permission for 95 homes and a childcare facility at Dunlo.
The homes would be a mixture of apartments, terraced and semi-detached houses.
A decision is due from county planners next month.
