Plans for Ballinasloe housing run out of time

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A proposal for a major housing development in Ballinasloe has run out of time with the planning office.

Limehill Esker Limited had applied for planning permission for 95 homes and childcare facility at Dunlo.

The county council requested further information in relation to the Ballinasloe development last November.

The developers had 6 months to submit the requested information but failed to do so within the time limit.

The county council has therefore deemed the application withdrawn.
