Plans for apartment and office block in Moycullen rejected

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans for an apartment and office block in Moycullen have been rejected.

The project, led by Limekin Construction, would have involved the demolition and of an existing house and commercial shed at Killrainey.

In their place would have been a three story apartment block with 22 units, as well as two co-working office spaces.

However, county planners have rejected the plans for a number of reasons - including excessive residential density of development on the site.
