Plan for battery energy storage facility in Athenry

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A decision is due in the next few weeks on plans for a 100 megawatt battery energy storage facility in Barrettspark, Athenry.

The application led by Engie Developments Ireland Limited concerns a ten-year planning permission.
