Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans are in the pipeline for a mixed-use development in Moycullen.
Cyril Kelly has applied for planning permission for the development of 35 houses and apartments at Ballyquirk, just off Church Road.
The development would also include 4 commercial/office units and access would be through the existing Uillin estate access road.
A decision is due from the county council in February.
