Pieta House has announced it is moving to a new premises within Tuam.
The charity announced in June that is was to close the existing therapy centre in Bishop Street, after eleven years.
This led to widespread concern in the area, due to the facility providing much-needed services at a purpose-built and discreet location.
Pieta House says its relocating to a new premises at Brú Bhride on Church View in Tuam, and hopes to begin the move in December.

It says the move will allow it to continue offering the same level of care and support to people in Tuam and the surrounding areas.
