Permission sought for 91 new homes in Athenry town

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Planning permission is being sought for 91 new homes in Athenry town.

Coffey Construction has lodged plans for the development at Parklands, which would be accessed through the existing estate.

It’d be a mix of single, double, three and four bed units, alongside a café, work hub and a créche.

County planners are due to make a decision in September.
