Over 800 Ukrainian pupils enrolled in Galway schools

Galway Bay fm newsroom - There are over 800 Ukrainian pupils currently enrolled in schools across Galway, as of November 1st.

The figures from the Department of Education show that 517 of those pupils are in primary schools while 293 are in post primary schools.

It amounts to just 6 percent of the 12,500 Ukrainian students enrolled in schools across the country.
