Over 10 thousand people employed in Galway not-for-profit organisations

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Almost 2000 not for profit organisations are currently operating in Galway according to new research.

The annual report and analysis has been completed by Benefacts and lists not for profit, voluntary and charitable organisations in operation around the country.

The data shows 1,790 non profit organisations within the County, with 536 of these employing almost 11 thousand people around Galway.
