Elective inpatient procedures are cancelled.
As systems are gradually brought back online, outpatient appointments are to resume on a phased basis at the Ballinasloe facility with patients to be contacted directly.
Maternity services are going ahead including antenatal scanning.
Chemotherapy is also going ahead.
James Keane, General Manager at Portiuncula University Hospital says work continued over the weekend to get priority systems back up and running including radiology, laboratory and patient information systems.
