Galway Bay fm newsroom - An Oranmore based company is hoping to create 25 new jobs after raising over 9 million euro for a breakthrough treatment for runny noses.
Neurent Medical is developing a medical device that would allow doctors treat patients with rhinitis in their offices, rather than in a surgical setting.
According to the Irish Times, the funding round was led by Fountain Healthcare Partners.
It also involved Atlantic Bridge Capital, the Western Development Commission, Enterprise Ireland and a syndicate of US and Irish medical device sector veterans.
