Galway Bay fm newsroom - One person has died following a single vehicle road incident outside Abbey in Loughrea.
The incident took place shortly before 7am in the Kylemore area off the road between Abbeyshrule and Abbey.
A local by-road has been closed off and local diversions are in place.
