Galway Bay fm newsroom - 5pm today is the deadline for charities to apply to join NUI Galway's annual fundraising campaign for 2022/2023.

Last year, students ran a series of events, including a giant Christmas Raffle, charity Take Me Out, and a Sports Day.
They raised €11,000 for Galway Rape Crisis Centre and BeLonG To Youth Services.

Application forms for this year's fund are available on su.nuigalway.ie and the closing date is 5pm today.
